Since I had new equipment (SYNET netbook by Sylvania) and screen capturing was failing. Went ahead and updated the software to fix failed captures on Windows CE devices with 32bit color depth. While in there also added a delayed capture feature. Primary intent is to give time to select the app you want to focus, so the title bar for the app in the screen capture looks proper.
